Below are 10 Good habits for students and everyone should have:
1- Morning time 4 AM to 5AM is very important to wake up because it keeps your mental health balanced and you feel more energized as researched has proven it.
2- Have a habit to drink 1 litre water daily in the morning because it takes out the toxins from your body while going to the toilet.
3- One Should daily do Aasan and Yogas about 30 Minutes to 1 Hour because Aasan keeps your physical and Yoga your mental health healthy.
4- Having an Apple daily in the morning empty Stomach is good for your health because Apples are rich in fiber and antioxidants and it also lowers the risk of Diabetes and Heart disease.
5- We should include Fruit and Vegetables juices in our daily routine because it keeps our body energized and helps in boosting immunity and also good for a shiny and healthy skin.

6-The very important meal of the day is Breakfast so it is very important to take healthy Breakfast in the morning to start your day with energy and freshness. You should include Banana, Sprouts, Milk, Oats etc.
7- The next food of the day is Lunch so we should have healthy Lunch which should include Salad, Curd, pulses and seasonal vegetables.
8- In the night, we should avoid heavy food and should avoid having late food and should have our dinner 2 hours before going to bed and And 1 glass milk should also be taken after 1 hour of having Dinner.
9- And we should walk at least 1000 steps after having both Lunch and Dinner. Note- After having Lunch or Dinner, you should sit for 5 minutes to let your body circulate the blood into your intestine and manage it.

10- Last but not least, we should take 6-8 hours of sleep which keeps your body health up to the mark.
